Instead of putting the package on my front porch, she jammed in in my roadside mailbox so tightly, I could barely get it out. Sometimes the US Postal Service sucks - this was one of those times. As a result the item was significantly damaged. Fortunately the seller was quick to respond and offered a fair partial refund. I was able to get it running again and repaired a fair bit of the damaged components, not perfect, but enough to where I am satisfied. Hopefully it was just a one off fluke with packaging. I will give them another try someday.
