Synopsis
Anger is a natural response that can be, if properly channeled, a powerful source of energy and motivation for growth. Some people, though, habitually shy away from their own angry feelings and potentially anger-provoking situations. When confronted with a provocative or confrontational situation, an anger avoider feels that to express anger is to risk losing control, hurting someone else's feelings, or appearing to be a rude, unlikable, or bad person. By side-stepping healthy anger expression, anger avoiders may suffer more than just frustration and resentment: panic attacks and depression, subservience and passivity, headaches and chronic pain often plague people who deny themselves a constructive outlet for their anger. With this book, first you'll learn to separate anger from rage or fear. Then you'll practice a series of simple, easy-to-follow exercises that coach you to openly express your anger and constructively address difficult people and situations. The book directs you to align yourself with your anger, using it as a tool for positive change. It helps you to set and achieve goals for constructive anger expression., When confronted with a confrontational situation, some people feel that to express anger is to risk losing control. Panic attacks, depression, headaches, and chronic pain often plague people who deny themselves a constructive outlet for their anger. This book includes exercises and techniques for developing constructive anger expression., If anger is a message, what does it tell you? Does it cue you that some situation in your life needs your attention, or does it make you worry that you might be rude to someone or lose your temper? Many people avoid expressing their anger, but suppressing your angry impulses can lead to problems like panic, depression, and chronic pain. This book will take you through a step-by-step process that will teach you how to become skilled at being angry. The book's simple, engaging exercises will teach you how to react well to anger-provoking situations and people. - o***9 (307)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Mes pasadoCompra verificadaItem took too long to get shipped. I had a tracking number 6 days before item was given to post office. Once the usps had the package it arrived quickly. Item was as described and was packed very well. Customer service was responsive. If I knew that seller took so long to ship I would not have bought item from them. Nowhere does it say on the sellers site that they take 5-7 days to ship. That is rediculous. Anyhow. The old tape deck i bought works. Once belts are replaced it should be good.

Item was extremely well packaged in a Ziploc bag inside of a custom formed cushion wrap style bubble wrap, in a cardboard box. Great price for a great item in great condition!Vintage Starburst Ind.
