Super good communication and is likely a one off situation for the seller, not the standard! Would recommend, they were very lovely :)

They packed it very nice with another box and wrapped it tightly and carefully so the cases don’t get damaged. Leaving it in great quality and looks fantastic. Bravo to the seller and understanding the value and care for the package to be sent.
