He has been known to throw parcels in bushes, neighbours either side will not take in his parcels in anymore, because of his attitude, loud banging on my block, shouting, and general anti-social behaviour. I have reported him to his employment, however nothing has changed. On this occasion, He said he delivered it down the road and is now missing.
