    I have no issues with the seller. It's the shipping that is an issue. No communication. I have purchased from Ebay for years with SpeedPAK as the delivery service. Packages have ALWAYS been left in the lobby of the building. Yesterday was heavy rain at the time the delivery person arrived and may not have wanted to try to drop it off in the lobby. No further info has been given regarding another delivery attempt, no email, no information regarding next steps, nothing.

The Seller immediately contacted me and stated what happened and how they could resolve it, Seller gave me a full refund and assured me that when they had the product in stock they’d contact as soon as possible.
