Just today, 48 hours later, my neighbor brought over the package and all is well. I want to thank this seller for immediately giving me a shipping update and taking care of me. I truly appreciate it and it's very hard to find great small businesses like this in this day and age.

It's been nearly a month now and the item is still lost. Seller gave me the option of a refund and started the refund process immediately once we realized item was truly not going to arrive. Seller is attentive; has great communication; and cares for his buyers. I do wish the option of 'buyer pays shipping' was available however, for first class or priority. You can trust this seller. A+
