The condition was listed as open box but it works perfectly and looks brand new. It saved me money being an ‘open box’ item and the seller also offered a coupon bringing the cost down even more. Thank you! My grandchild was very excited to receive the Driving Force Racing Wheel and said it made gaming so much more fun. Very smooth transaction.

FYI if u though u have a dud, try that first. Packed well and is as like new! thanks

All parts were included inside, and the condition appeared like new, not counting the box. With the added coupon this was a great value. The only thing missing from the description on the web site was what mechanical keys where included. Mine were Red. The quality in my opinion, you just can't ask for better without paying a lot more. The delivery time was spot-on. I recommend seller.

The item arrived with a "reconditioned:" sticker. This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

Listed the reason for the return, seller emailed a fed ex prepaid return, took the package to a fed ex location and off it went. I highly recommend this seller, this person lives up to the description of the product and a total hassle freed return. Exceptional seller.
