A prequel to the Wii U game, the LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins has the players assume the role of rookie cop Chase McCain as he explores the bustling metropolis LEGO City, taking control of dozens of cars, motorcycles and aircraft, and going on a variety of missions. Gamers enjoy voiced dialogue as they guide McCain through familiar LEGO play sets, and the detective can dress up like a construction worker, a firefighter, a robber, and in variety of other undercover costumes that give him special abilities. The Chase Begins was designed specifically for the 3DS, and players can use their stylus and touch screen to scan the city for hidden clues and engage in hand-to-hand combat.
