    The item description included the exact part number, and photos of the actual item, so I knew it was the item I wanted. It arrived on time, and was well packed to prevent damage. I did initially have problems getting it on my network. I reached out to the seller, to let them know I was going to contact Eero support to try and get it working. The seller was responsive, and let me know they would take it back if support couldn't help. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.
