When it arrived, it was filthy and appeared to have been sitting on a shelf in a shed for years (not like new at all) and it came in simple saran wrap with no box at all ! I package items against damage. I got the item back missing the battery and NO packing. You made a makeshift box & did not use any type of padding. I blocked you from ever buying again TY
