I didn't know these Access Points required a special firmware to download in order to complete the configuration. I received a message from seller after requested for return these items stating for the reason, and the seller didn't hesitate to accept the return, but asked me if he could assist me configure these Access Points, and accepted his request. We were on the phone to complete the configuration. 5 stars!
