After about 5 days the shipping USPS said they still had not received the item. I contacted the seller. The seller was absolutely fantastic in helping to resolve the issue. Due to weekend and holidays it took a little than it should have but recipient was very happy when she received the items. It was a pleasure dealing with a very responsive seller. I will definitely buy from this seller again.

I had the post office lady refuse it, then thought it might have the right item in a different box. I had her re-accept it! 🙈 This is a great value for this tea. High quality and no caffeine. Shipping was fast and packaging was excellent.
