The watch looked new, which was perfect for the price. I will definitely purchase this watch again if anything happens to this one. I love the features. I can do pretty much everything from my watch. I haven't looked into holding a convo from the watch yet. But I don't talk on the phn much, just mainly text, work IMs and emails. I love that I can decline call from the watch.
