The seller still gets a perfect rating because: #1-They answered my e-mail promptly #2-They addressed my complaint thoroughly #3-They made it easy to get a refund without having to contact them multiple times Awesome seller! I know every transaction cannot work out, but sellers like this are awesome!

I purchased 1 of the new flip phones and had an issue with it, I contacted the seller, they were very quick to respond and let me know that they would be glad to replace the phone. They sent me the return label, and soon as they saw I had sent the phone I had, they sent me a replacement with FedEx 2 day shipping! This buyer is honest, understanding and quick to reply!
