They called me twice trying to resolve this problem. I didn't pick up, but their voice message was very concerned and very nice. I responded with an eBay message to say "No problem. Just send the remaining mug." They did and they took a few dollars off its price for my trouble. It arrived the next day, well packaged. Great service, wonderful people. As the seller described, they may have been displayed plates and not actually used. I already had have three same plates, so wanted to add two to make it a set of five. Good value.
