The buyer immediately left a negative review without notice as seen here. I asked the buyer to remove the negative feedback as the case had not even closed yet. Buyer declined to remove negative feedback. The book was not damaged when sent and can be clearly seen in the pics that it was a used book and in good condition.[ I LEFT THE BUYER A POSITIVE FEEDBACK ]
