When the item arrived, it was all in good shape except one of the side end pieces was missing. I contacted the seller, and he apologized and said the box should have been inspected before mailing. The seller was quick to find the end piece and overnighted it to me. I appreciate how he addressed the situation and would buy from them again with that kind of customer service. Love the towel bar.
