They are nice, not as good as the branded ones but perfect for what we wanted which was to leave them outside on the patio. Box was tattered and it looked like the couriers threw it around. Chairs were packed well but two had marks from where they rubbed together during the delivery. Seller gave a small refund in light of this and overall I am very happy with the value.

Delivery with Parcelforce was terrible in that they didn't deliver when they said they were going to and did not communicate at all..The seller communicated with me well after the non delivery but was unable to resolve the lack of communication with Parcelforce.
