It was as described and it works perfectly/immediately with the TV without any set up. Condition seemed new like was described and overall I'd say it was a great value as I was able to get a name brand Samsung remote for off brand prices and it shipped & arrived a lot faster than it would have from the Samsung website. Appearance was exactly like the photos and overall I would definitely buy again if needed.
