So I reached out to the seller and let them I was going to wait a couple of days to see if it arrived. The seller immediately replaced the cactus and told me not to worry about the missing plant and replaced. Best experience I’ve ever had with an issue. Plant is gorgeous and had great roots. Supper happy with this seller. Great packaging. As described and a great value. A+++++

The shipping came within the estimated timeframe. It took about three weeks but it came from overseas so that’s understandable. Still 2 weeks earlier than the latest delivery date. They did send me a Kobe Bryant plastic bracelet first. No idea why. They let me know a “gift” was coming and then my item would arrive shortly after. That’s what happened…just seems odd.
