Item seems new as described but the box was not sealed, all of the factory seals were already opened and there seemed to have been a large sticker on the front of the box that was removed leaving behind adhesive. Other than the outer appearance, the AirPods seem to be in new condition and all of the accessories are present. They work as they should and I would still but them again from this seller, but they should be marked new-open box.

The smaller form factor is a plus and they stay put. I would recommend to a friend or family.

They were in good shape, but the AirPod box had some slight damage that did not affect the AirPods. The AirPods are real, they're brand new, just as described. The seller communication was very good. I had originally purchased the wrong ones (OEMS), and we cancelled the order, and the seller refunded the money fast. Very good seller!
