They sent me information, measurements etc and always extremely polite. Ordering was very easy and the tool itself arrived approximately 24 hours after placing the order. Extremely happy with the tool which fits perfectly and has made a tricky job very easy. Very, very pleased and impressed. I'll be seeing if they have anything else I need.
