The 32 mm scale allows for easier painting, which I prefer as it shows more detail. The miniature itself has a nice look to it, that really shows through when paints are applied. Excellent seller communication and customer service. I'll no doubt recruit the rest of my dwarven army from The Printpire's ranks!

The seller addressed my concerns quickly and professionally. In the end, I received a great looking miniature, securely packaged in perfect condition, and at a fair price. This seller has definitely earned my business.

Unfortunately one of the merfolk’s spear arrived broken. I immediately contacted the seller and they sent another. Customer service is A+. The replacement had a similar break and the seller offered to resend again. I opted not to get another since that particular model’s spear is so thin anyway. Overall pleased with the purchase but will be sticking to molded plastic minis for tabletop use.
