Product Information
The PAC Swi-RC permits the retention of steering wheel control operations when changing the factory radio. This device works in a variety of cars with an aftermarket head unit that is compatible with OEM steering wheel control. The Swi-RC controls several functions such as mode, track, and volume, and also retains programming even if the battery of the car has been disconnected. Note that cars with the CAN Bus Technology might need an extra PAC CAN Bus Interface.

However, even though it had its' own specialized foam packaging - it somehow slipped just enough that the US Postal Service managed to break it just right. My luck with neon has been 50/50 with US Post. Regardless, Seller was kind enough to respond and listen to my concerns and provided an immediate refund.
