The refurbuishment took longer than advertised. It was recieved on Tuesday the 15th by paulison, but wasn't shipped out until Friday the 25th. Otherwise I am very happy with the service recieved. Amplifier works perfectly.

I talked with Ed on the phone multiple times (He always answered) and sent me a prepaid shipping label to send it back. It arrived this time and is working beautifully!! I can't tell you how awesome it is to hear/enjoy music again. Thank you very much Ed, best to ya!! Ryan

Arrived well-packaged and the amp works perfectly again. Got a couple of updates/answers along the way.
