I sent photos of the item to the seller with a request for refund. No response. Fortunately Ebay stepped in and issued it. I don't like giving poor reviews but I feel like I have no choice. I knew they had not tested it and expected it might not work, but I at least wanted it to look like the seller photos.

I did some research and came across this seller and saw they had good ratings with a description that was detailed and specific. My package was shipped quickly and got here at a reasonable time. My package came in tack and my cd player was protected enough to where everything came in good condition.
