I thought item was broken at first then randomly after about 15-20 mins it came to life. Love this HGV sat nav. Item arrived very fast. Seller replied to my frustration with troubleshooting tips in a reasonable time and item condition for a refurbished Sat Nav was grade A+ so would definitely recommend seller. Overall 5 stars 🌟 can’t complain.
