I was only 100 miles away from seller and it took from monday to friday to get it to me. Other than postal problems , seller did as required by Ebay.

They helped me find the motor model and which mode anode I need. They did not have the one I need unfortunately and they told me to send it back for full refund and they followed through immediately.
