I do not blame the seller for the item as it was an issue with the registration from the bike the part came from. Fair enough. They did honor the reutrn, but the issue came after the item was shipped back. The item was sent back via UPS and was attempted delivery 3x. Each time, the carrier attempted to collect payment, but the seller declined. So the item never showed as delivered.
