Perfect condition in new, unopened box. All Accessories present. After charging, it booted right up and walked me through using on board Smart Switch to transfer all my data, apps, etc from old phone to this one. EASY! Better texting from my rural location. Way better low light photos! Great zoom. Easier to read text. Uses sim card from my S9. Great phone and dealer to order from!

I waited a couple weeks to post my review, to make sure everything was working correctly with the phone. The phone has been working great so far. No issues whatsoever. My wife put her sim card in it from her other phone, and it works with no issues. I also ran the IMEI number, and it came back clean. If you need a phone, I recommend this seller. We received the phone 2 days after buying it.

As soon as I paid for it a label was created with a tracking number. This phone was never shipped by the seller. On day 5 they sent me an email saying they were giving me a refund with no explanation for not sending it.
