The Pentax 16 MP camera allows a person to take photos from far away with an optical zoom of up to 5x, a digital zoom of 7.2x, and a combined overall zoom of 36x. These specifications allow a person to take photos of wildlife and other scenery around them. The Pentax 16 MP camera boasts a TTL contrast detection autofocus that allows for quality, detailed, and crisp photography. The camera also has the ability to take up-close photos with a superfine macro lens. The Pentax Optio WG-2 is a compact digital camera that can be submerged in water up to 40 feet. The camera is also features a rugged exterior and is crushproof, shockproof, coldproof, and dustproof. The Pentax 16 MP camera has a built-in automatic flash for low light conditions and a CMOS sensor for further enhancements. The camera also has the ability to take video up to 720p in high definition.
