Just a suggestion... take extra care in the way you package these....because UPS does a very bad job they way they handle packages!!!! I have received 2 chain saw bar and chains through UPS and was worried that the bars were bent because the boxes were badly beat up and torn!! I took them out put on table, looks like they are ok! So, maybe sellers if these need to do a much better job of how they package them to ship!! Protect them, UPS bad handling them!! Thank you

Unfortunately, I could not get it to run. When I contacted the seller, they almost immediately provided me with a return label and sent out a replacement saw. I have yet to receive the replacement saw yet, due to arrive on Monday. With their outstanding "after sale" customer service, I have no doubts about this product.

I contacted this seller and received nothing but the best service which is second to none. I stayed in contact with their customer service to get the item shipped back and a replacement on the way. I thought I would be able to use but I'm getting up in age and even tho it is fairly light, I didn't want to take a chance with it. The seller was most understanding and sent a return label No Problem. I'd definitely do business again. We'll made product, good service.
