Some texture on outside, and smooth on inside. The shoulder stitching is all strong double stitched. The numbers and patches are all top quality. Even the Majestic logo on the sleeve is felt as it should be, and there is a duplicate smooth logo on the reverse side. Great buy! Highly recommended!
