The crystal was impeccably packed, arriving safely. What minor imperfections made known prior to the purchase were almost impossible to find. I have fallen in love with the piece and plan to visit the shop again in hopes of finding more treasures and great customer service!

When contacted about the broken bowl, the seller was wonderful in refunding the price of that bowl.
