Got a reply straight away explaining how to return item, stating the postage cost will be refunded to me and confirming a smaller hat will be sent to me. Very impressed with company for quality, communication and service. Will definitely recommend to others.

Tracking information was useless as I was only informed when the package was with Royal Mail, then nothing until the email came informing me that my parcel had been delivered. So pretty pointless. The items are sized smaller than my existing ones which is slightly disappointing but hopefully they will relax with wear in the winter months.
