I know you didn't know, but leaving feedback of any kind doesn't alert the seller of if there was an issue. eBay DOES'NT contact us when feedback is left. The only way to know is for the seller to look through thousands of feedbacks and find the issues manually. Unfortunately one of the merfolk’s spear arrived broken. I immediately contacted the seller and they sent another. Customer service is A+. The replacement had a similar break and the seller offered to resend again. I opted not to get another since that particular model’s spear is so thin anyway.
