Will not connect to wi-fi or hotspot. Cannot get beyond the initial set up that requires an internet or cell connection. I guess its technology is too old. Some folks seem to get them to work.... not me. Otherwise... great seller and delivery time.

Although their customer service is phenomenal, the phone still would not work with our carrier. I would still recommend this seller because of the customer service alone.

The seller still gets a perfect rating because: #1-They answered my e-mail promptly #2-They addressed my complaint thoroughly #3-They made it easy to get a refund without having to contact them multiple times Awesome seller! I know every transaction cannot work out, but sellers like this are awesome!
