When our mechanic noted that the front brake pads were not correct for the vehicle, we contacted Detroit Axle by phone. Martin, a courteous and knowledgeable representative, understood the challenge and issued a refund for the incorrect parts without us having to ship them back. Order was correct, the box it was shipped in was pretty beat up when it arrived. I looked through the parts they all looked good. I was disappointed with the expected was 4/18 but didn't come until today . I had sent an email inquiring about when it would ship a 4-23 It's an amazing value; all their parts are and with a 10yr warranty you have some peace of mind. Detroit Axle will be my go-to
