Product Information

Side quest (gaiden) to the classic real-time strategy hit for SNES, Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen. Released only in Japan, The Prince of Zenobia puts gamers right into the middle of the original game's chapter 14, The Capital of Milano. In case you're not familiar with the plot, the series is set in medieval times in the Holy Zeteginean Empire. Not content with the oppressive rule of the evil militaristic government, the Knights of Zenobia raise the flag of revolution and lead a rebellion against the Zeteginean forces. Though it starts off in the middle of a familiar campaign, the NGPC Ogre Battle soon departs from the original's plot by essentially spinning a side story (hence the word "Gaiden" in the title) that surrounds the further exploits of King Tristam.

    Time to prep the games for shipping took a long time (almost 3 weeks), and communication was poor. With that said, once the shipping carriers got a hold of the package, it arrived in less than a week.     Took 3 weeks to ship and another week to arrive. So don't expect fast shipping. Packaging was sparse, especially for international. Communication was also very slow to respond. But in the end I got the item as described (just a little dented in transit) and within the 2 month (lol) timeframe promised, so I can't leave anything but positive feedback.

    Item was wrapped meticulously, and arrived very quickly with expedited shipping. I was able to track it to the moment it touched my doorstep. The console itself is beautiful, and the seller has lots of other fascinating items to look at. It came just as advertised, and makes my inner child very happy to have a relic from one of my favorite manga. As mentioned by other reviewers, sometimes the seller is slow to reply, but sometimes that's just life. Be patient with them. It's worth it.
