They sent the wrong Spider-Man costume, so I messaged them on eBay and they responded within minutes. In just two days, I received the correct tracking number, and two weeks later, my correct Spider-Man costume arrived. They even let me keep the incorrect one. Amazing communication! I highly recommend them for costume purchases. They go above and beyond to sort out any issues. 10/10 hands down!

Item was shipped significantly later than description. Contacted the seller in good faith to remedy. I was completely understanding. However seller offered me $8 each for both unusable costumes. I spent over $160. I now have two unusable poor quality costumes. Seller will state they worked hard to remedy, however they were callus once contacted. I ordered a youth small (110 - 120 cm). I received a youth medium (120 - 130cm). I notified the seller that I received the wrong size and wanted an exchange. They insisted that they sent the right size. I sent photos of costume to confirm the youth medium size. The seller refuses to make it right.
