Despite my best efforts to get it running properly, I wasn't able to. So I went to contact the seller, preparing myself for the worst, but on the contrary I received customer service that was nothing short of the best. (Thanks, Kevin!) I was given a prepaid return label, and a brand new machine that both looked and worked excellent. So if you're looking for the right seller, the folks here are just that.

Sewing goes smoothly so far, and the item list is complete. I had a question because I was not able to recognize one of the feet, and feedback was quick and friendly. Thank you!

I was not home the day they brought it. the tracking said it would come the next day. I was home and it never was delivered They sent it back to the seller and said I refused it which was a lie!!!
