Communication from this seller, including a really nice packaging note on the inside of the box is some of the best I have ever seen on e-bay. Condition of all 5 boxes of tea was immaculate, representing great value for money. Well worthy of all 5 stars! When Evri mucked up the delivery of my package, kettkesboiled immediately sent me a replacement. Evri have still not resolved my missing original package even after falsely claiming it was left in a non-existent shed and sending a photo of the package outside somebody else s front door. As you can guess, I m not happy with Evri - but kettlesboiled are magnificent!!
