I’m a hairdresser recently moved to the UK and finding Keune hard to get ahold of - this seller had great communication and dealt with issues well (did have a small hiccup with shipping but seller dealt with it fast), product is authentic and in date. And yes it was a bit delayed from the timeframe given but still arrived in a timely manner.
