It was a new condition. It looks good and it's a great deal for the buck. I replaced this item for the old one new fuel line new fuel filter drain the tank and put in fresh gas and the customers riding lawn mower fired right up ran through and purred like a kitten. Here are two photographs one is the old filter and the other one is the new fuel line and fuel filter. Thank you.
