Julie is amazing and very understanding. She eased all concerns. Not only did my dress arrive early even with my small customization, but it absolutely blew me away with exceeds expectations. I thought for sure I was going to be victim of " what you see vs what you get on" the internet. The dress is gorgeous beyond words and fits perfectly!

We had an issue with the delivery of the dress but it was resolved by the seller and we got the dress in time. This is my first time purchasing these types of dresses online so I was surprised when I received the dress in a vacuumed sealed 7x10 package. Had to do some alterations and ironing. The dress was not exactly as described. Different color and overall look but overall the dress was pretty.

I now have 2 of these jackets from this company and am very pleased. The only drawback is the delivery time, which is about a month, but you are told that right from the beginning by the company. Very nice attention to detail in the making of this jacket. Good customer communication all along the way. This is how a company should be run and how products should be made!
