They came in a cardboard box, each one in its own plastic bag for better protection so the condition is new. They are very comfortable, size 43 fits perfectly. The value justifies the price because the sandals are made of genuine leather - camel. The order was placed on June 14th and the sandals arrived at my place in Croatia on July 10th. My husband has been walking in these sandals every day for the past 4 days and is very pleased. He said he would order again.

I contacted the seller and they immediately offered me a full refund which I greatly appreciated but did not think that that would be fair for the seller to take a total loss. This act speaks volumes about the quality of the seller and based on that I highly recommend the seller.
