My Dunhill needed a service and possible repair — both of these issues were dealt with resulting in a clean/like new lighter. Secondly the return packaging — not only was the lighter wrapped separately but the Dunhill box I supplied was also wrapped which was all boxed up ready for shipment. Thirdly, but not lastly — Max supplied 2 O rings for my gas adapter, which was enclosed inside.
