They said 24hr tracking but i did not get any goods. The company then said i had to wait another 5-7 days for my payment to be returned . the company were quick to take payments then reluctant to respond to any questions why i did not have my goods posted. I said i needed my refund urgent as a storm was coming. Sadly this did not happen. We were left with no power or heating. Original despatch problem, received tracking info however when late to estimated deliver date contacted Royal who advised they had not received item, contacted seller for status. They said they would arrange for reissue, It came on same tracking number. ???
