I sent a picture of the band they sent and told them it wouldn't fit. They told me that it should, and alas, it still doesn't. I believe they want me to pay to return the item for a refund, even though it was their mistake and wasted my time in sending me the wrong band. Just so they know, the Fitbit charge3/4 band, does not fit my Fitbit Sense 2.
