For the last several years I hadn't been able to find them in stores, so I've been fortunate enough to find them being sold on eBay. This seller like other sellers from whom I purchased these cartridges shipped them promptly and carefully. There were no damages and the ink cartridges work as they should. No complaints.

The black cartridge worked perfectly on first try (have not yet tried the color). I am using an old Lexmark printer and basically amazed that it works at all. I am also impressed by the company's work at recycling cartridges-allowing you to ship them used cartridges for free. They also offer additional discounts after first order.

However, the cartridge bag was NOT vacuumed sealed and shorter in length than my other Brother ink packages. Item bag also stated a "new design change" meaning bagged cartridge was shipped without green and orange ink protector. Also, no expiration date could be found. All above together has left me a bit uncomfortable about this Brother ink purchase. I hope it works.
